Hi, great game, great graphics, congratulations for your success, i only have one complain, when the user is playing and we collect the powerups, there is sometimes that a diamond is in the bottom center of the screen, when this happens i press in the screen and i hit the powerup, so my complain is that the powerup position is very uncomfortable, first i press the powerup when i dont want to used it, making me waste one powerup and then, thanks to that, i dont hit the diamond. Thanks, from Costa Rica, greetings.

After playing the endless mode for a while, the number of balls goes to zero (I have 5). Is that a bug or part of the gameplay?

Do you know when this bug will be fixed? I always end up giving up in endless because it takes me to one ball because of a crystal I can’t hit. I hear some people have been able to get it with an exploding ball, but I haven’t been able to get that to work. Or is it just supposed to be that difficult?

Hi , congratulations for build a wonderful amazing game again from mediocre… I want to REPORT A BUG on this game on android version
I have Samsung Galaxy S3 and i found this problem : when you’re gaming smash in each level if
you push the home button you come into home screen, now if you open smash again ( by holding home key and choose smash) you face to
two options :”menu & resume” now if you choose resume; the game resume from the start of the last door with all of the balls that
you had collected up to when you play last time…with this explanation, if you play the game and before you pass the first door ,you pause the game and
go to home screen and then come back and select resume, you start the game with extra balls, and if you do it again and again before
passing the door you can collect many balls and start the game with even 1000 ballas instead 25 ! I hope it was useful for you

Hi my high score is 20,921 and I was first on the leaderboards in two categories; peak amount of balls, and best distance. Then my score was taken of the leaderboards, and it said I was not yet ranked.. So I wen back on the game and my score was still there, but the line that shows your progression through the levels was not.. So I would like to complain to the game creators, i don’t think it is fair that you have taken my score off the leaderboards.. And I would appreciate it if you were to put them back up.. Unfortunately I do not have the premium version, so there is now way to prove my peak ball amount besides a screen shot I took, but all I want is that my distance goes back on the leaderboards.

Loving the game. I have noticed a couple of rendering bugs though. Occasionally some sections are blank and filled with mist. Occasionally on level 3 there are moving platforms which should contain crystals but they are empty and it penalises you for not hitting the non-exist at crystal. Also on endless mode there is a crystal located just behind a door which is impossible to hit and causes you to lose the multi ball.

great game! the realism of the balls flying thru the air – the debris and pieces of shattered material bouncing about is extraordinary! I cannot imagine the coding that went into writing this. AND clever that you allow unlimited balls to smash your credits… but what’s with the bowling ball alley at the end? description at iTunes says 50+ rooms – but there’s only 10 levels (not that I will ever get near that….) Kudos to the Smash Hit team!

Please please pleeeeeeease move the power up icons to the top left of the screen. It would completely remove the chance to hit them in error and dramatically improve game play. An option to toggle it top left or top right with the pause button doing the opposite would mean it feels natural for both right and left handed players too. Sort that out and I’ll buy premium in a heart beat. It’s a fantastic and beautiful game.

I LOVE this game! BUT in endless mode, it ALWAYS resets my multiball to a single ball at the third gate, even when there’s nothing there. I’ve tried dozens of times. It’s always reset at the third gate for no reason. Is it a bug or is something wrong with my game?

I have the game on my iPod touch 4g with ios 6. Game started out great, but over the last couple weeks, it has gotten herky jerky. It starts and stops, and either I can’t hit the targets or they hit me because the balls wont’ deploy. I have nothing else running in the background and have rebooted. Now what?

(Oops, submitted by accident). Do you have plans to offer a separate paid version for iPhones? I have no trouble buying apps, but I really dislike in app purchases and disabled it because my kids play on my phone. If you were to offer a paid version that I can download separately, I’d buy it immediately.

Hi! We don’t have any such plans, however once you have purchased the game there are no more in app purchases. So once you bought it you own it! So in reality its the same thing, only that you have the option to try it before you buy it. :)

Congrats on the Editor’s Choice! It’s rare that I pick up a game based on just looking through the App Store, but the banner caught my eye and the store page kept me interested. Glad I decided to download: the aesthetic is really nice, everything is slick and animated in a way that most App Store games aren’t, and the glass physics are AWESOME.

Awesome game!! I got he premium version, but at he end of level 3 (I believe it is) there are these pink lasers. No matter what I try I cannot get past them w/o losing 10 balls!! I’ve fired at them from all distances and finally just fired constantly at them as I went through and still I’d hit them and lose 10 balls. I checked on the fb site and right away saw the same question asked by customer(s) but no one had an answer yet. I couldn’t find a contact link here, so this is the only place I could see to ask the question: What does a player have to do to get past the pink lasers so u don’t smash into then every time??????

This game is a pearl, with an intelligent and strong aesthetic of sound, image and movement creating an twirling interplay on eachother. One experience is that of aiming on fragile objects what crash, hence before they crash you. The other experience which in my viewpoint is the important one, that you have a chance to wonder through a physical and sonic landscapes and find yourself in values, similar to those you produce being “out” in nature. in many ways, this is time very fine spent.
Bravo Mediocre!

Hey, I’ve been playing the game for quite a while and I love it! I’m proud to say I’ve reached the endless mode with more than 300 balls and the 5-ball shot, but at some point in the endless mode, a pyramid appears unreachable for me to smash it and I lose my 5-ball shot, so as the rooms become faster and harder, I can’t get much further, I’ve seen this “bug” at least two times in the endless mode… Are you fixing the bug? Do you have an estimated time for fixing it?

Gameplay and powerups

This video shows two powerups in Smash Hit – Ball Frenzy and Slow Motion. Ball Frenzy gives you swiping autofire instead of single-ball tapping. The other one is a bullet time powerup which slows down the entire game, making it easier to clear they way through crowded areas. Since the music is coupled with gameplay it also slows down together along with the simulation.

Smash Hit Gameplay Video

Armed with a limited number of balls, your mission is to clear the way and avoid crashing into obstacles as you are progressing through the corridor. Smash Hit combines tranquil ambience with precision timing and intense action.

Each session is a seamless journey through abstract environments and landscapes, fully synchronized to music. The technology is written from scratch for this game specifically, everything from the complex audio engine with real-time environmental acoustics, to the smooth graphics and realistic physics simulation.

Just played this game on the iPad – it’s a fantastic game and the graphics are incredible. As a developer myself, I wanted to know what sort of engine you were using to create this – Unity, Unreal, etc. To discover that the engine is written from scratch though – wow, that’s impressive. Great job! (And also, kudos for not swamping the player with ads and IAP nags. I hope this strategy works for you.)
