My game is not running smoothly. It stops and starts, causing me to miss targets, and targets to hit me. I have rebooted and make sure nothing else is running in the background. When I first downloaded the game, it was smooth, and sometimes it is smooth, but mostly not. Aside from deleting and reloading, is there something else I should do?

I’m having the same problem as you and can’t figure out what to do about it either! I think it might have something to do with an update a couple of updates ago, I updated it on my iPad but not my android phone and the game is still fine on my phone. I’m hoping it gets fixed soon, I love this game! :)

I’m having the same issues as Catherine and Patricia too. It used to be that I could play with 5 balls for 6 or 7 levels w/out getting hit or missing targets. I also see a lot of jerking, crystals on level 2 that are not there (but it says I missed them and takes me down to 1 ball), and other glitches like knocking crystals down or off of an object but not having them break, being hit with something I’ve already obliterated or can’t see and dead-on hits that don’t register. I’ve even seen my balls go right through an object. It has become, in short, inconsistent. It’s the only ‘arcade-type’ game I play and I LOVE it! It was fun and relaxing when I first downloaded this, with just the right amount of tension, but now I find myself becoming frustrated and angry….just the reasons I don’t usually play this kind of game. Also, there are some achievements that never scored (100 balls and going 2000 meters w/out crashing, and breaking 10 objects in frenzy mode). I should have all except the mystery one, and I don’t know if I should have it or not! I will still play, but would love it if I wouldn’t have to keep rebooting in the middle of a game, esp when I’m on a streak!
Btw, I used to work in a glass factory 20+ yrs ago and found one of the greatest stress relievers to be intentionally breaking glass. Don’t be alarmed…they had defects….but, wanted you to know just how realistic this sounds and feels!

Dear Dennis,

Hi there! First off, a huge CONGRATULATIONS to you and your team on the success of this game. It’s by far and away the best game since Wipeout 2097 was launched on the Playstation back in 1997.

Today, I’ve just received the update to the game. I like it very much except for one thing. I’m finding that I’m making many more accidental pushes of the power-ups because now to activate them one clicks on the bottom left. When the game is being played this becomes a problem. I understand why you would have moved the power-ups being activated from the bottom of the centre however I think they would be better placed on the top left. Please will you consider this for the next update. Many thanks.

I am very disappointed with smash hit because mediocre advertised 50+ levels when in reality past level 9 you get into “Infinite level” with no check points. When I start the level with 465 balls and 5 ball powerup I can play maximum for 5 min. It is impossible to progress past level 9. Perhaps android has level 10 and on but Apple iOS does not. It’s not worth to buy premium.

Our description says: “50 different rooms with 11 different graphic styles”, which is true! I’m sorry to hear that you enjoyed the entire game and still feel that it wasn’t worth $1.99. It took us well over a year to develop and the game contain no ads or suspicious in app purchases, I hope you feel that is worth something.

We will of course continue to expand the game with updates, with some new features that might only be available in the premium version. Thank you for playing and I’m sad to hear you didn’t think the game was worth the two bucks :(

It’s a great game and I was very happy to pay for the premium. Very cool not to sell balls as an in-app purchase!

Hi there, in March I purchased the premium version of your game for my iPad. I removed the game briefly to make room for other apps but on reinstalling the game last wk it is asking me to pay money again! Restore purchase does not work. I only have one apple id and in my account records it acknowledges I have paid to get the premium version. Yet the game wants to pay again! Please advise how to fix this. It is wrong to have to pay for something twice.

Hej,

Emil
